Buttercreams

American Buttercream
American buttercream is the sweetest of the bunch. If you have a sweet tooth this is the frosting for you. Can be flavored any way you'd like, Vanilla, Chocolate, Fruity, PB, Mint, etc.


Swiss Meringue Buttercream
Swiss Meringue Buttercream is a lot less sweet than American Buttercream. It's texture is silky and smooth and it's a bit more buttery. Comes in any flavor. This frosting can be made into a sugar free version!


Italian Meringue Buttercream
Italian Meringue Buttercream is my personal favorite. It has the silky smoothness of Swiss Meringue, it's buttery as well but a bit less so. It's a smidgen more sweet than Swiss Meringue but really there is not much of a difference between the two. Comes in any flavor.

Ganache
Ganache is very rich and oh so delicious. It can be used as an icing on a cake, a filling for a cake, a filling for a cupcake or to top a cupcake. It's versatile and delicious. It can be done in White, Milk, or Dark chocolate.


Marshmallow Icing
This is a marshmallowy meringue icing which I toast when I use it to top cupcakes or as a topping to cakes as seen on my s'mores cake.


Cream Cheese Frosting
A tangy smooth cream cheese frosting perfect for a red velvet cake (or any cake!).



Filling
Filings for in between your layers of your cake. (Tiered cakes must be filled with buttercream for stability.)


Berry Filling
A delicious jam like filling for your cake, can be made with any of your favorite berries.


Ganache
White chocolate, milk chocolate, or dark chocolate ganache. Can be used to fill your cake or frost your cake or both!
